Recently a pestilence has arisen in the land of Chu, and there are signs that it is spreading.

Silver Needle has sent us to travel through every region and inform all physicians and shamans. We hope you will prepare your arts of emergency healing early and watch for anything unusual.

Those only lightly poisoned can be treated with prepared medicines; do not let the pestilence spread and bring disaster everywhere.

Pestilence knows no mercy, and the people's lives come first. Each of you, hold your ground, keep one another informed, and stand guard together.

Enclosed with this letter is a prescription against the pestilence. Take good care of yourselves.
